Installation of a market information system

Our customers need more than a standard software solution can provide. A substantial part of the TradeSpark solution consists of the individual configuration of the specific software components. This is done through the following steps:

We analyze the actual state of your data management in energy trading. The analysis covers your data as well as the relevant business processes. The objective is a consistent overview of your internal procedures to integrate our solutions in the best way possible.

Concept and consulting

According to the results we develop a concept for you individual solution together, with specific demands to data, business processes and software components. Established processes are adapted, inefficient ones are optimized on demand.

Implementation

According to the demands the specific components are configured and thus fit perfectly into existing structures. At this point, you data warehouse is set-up.

Support

To support your running system our technicians are ready at hand with help and advice. We stipulate a service level agreement depending on your demands on support.

Set-up of a data warehouse

A data warehouse to collect and allocate data is essential for our solution. If your company doesn’t already have a data warehouse, we will gladly advise you. Together with our partners we pick the fitting solution for you. Of course we also take on the implementation and configuration of the system, as well as the connection to the TradeSpark Desktop.

Connection to customer-specific systems

Because of the flexibility of our software different customer-specific system can be connected. We gladly assist you in determining you demands and implement matching interfaces to communicate with those systems.

Connection of additional data providers

You want to use data from special external sources? We can connect them all through the TradeSpark Integrator. The data then is then available as usual on the TradeSpark Desktop.
