WAPI

Web-based Application Programming Interface

The TradeSpark WAPI is an optional extension of the TradeSpark Desktop and provides an interface for application programming.

Easy data retrieval

Through the TradeSpark WAPI other systems and application can make use of functionalities of the TradeSpark system, e.g. to retrieve data from the TradeSpark Data Warehouse or run certain administrative queries. The WAPI uses the database abstraction layer of the TradeSpark Desktop und enable comfortable, standardized access to the timeseries including aggregations and conversion of time zones, even without knowledge of complex SQL queries.

Access control

The access control integrated in the TradeSpark system is fully enforced. All WAPI users are able to access only those data series that are explicitly activated for the user role(s).
